Angelita "Angie" (Campos) Rodriquez

Angelita Rodriquez, 52, of Alvin went to be with our Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Webster.  Angie, as she was known to all, was born on January 18, 1964 to parents Jesus Zapata and Guadalupe Cruz in Lubbock, Texas.  She married the love of her life, Armando Rodriquez, on December 15, 1989.  Angie raised three beautiful daughters and lived her life to the fullest, always being the life of the party.  She loved the Lord and her church, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, where most of her time was spent teaching CCE classes or just lending a helping hand in her church community.   She was a member in many organizations within her church, such as the Caring Heart, ACTS Retreat and the Youth Group.  Her hobbies included doing crafts and church activities, taking care of her dog and spending time with her family, as they were the most precious to her. Her memories she created will forever be cherished in the hearts of all that knew her.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lola Perez; brothers:  Jesse Vasquez and Cruz Vasquez.

She is survived by her loving husband, Armando Rodriquez; children:  Anna Rodriquez, Amanda Rodriquez, and Ashley Tinoco and husband Martin; her sisters and brothers:  Minnie Olivarez, Eddie Vasquez, Frank Vasquez, Mary Vasquez, and Janey Barrientes; fur-baby, Zoey; numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the Rodriquez family asks that donations be made in her honor to the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Building Fund.
