Belia (Peña) Washburn

Belia Peña Washburn, 57, of Liverpool passed away on November 29, 2017 in Webster. Belia was born on June 18, 1960 in Benavides, Texas to Ramon and Maria (Gallardo) Peña. She married Owen Washburn on January 26, 1985. They moved to Liverpool in 1987 and became members of Liverpool Friends Church. Belia enjoyed playing at the game rooms and fishing. Her greatest love was her family and spending time with them.

Belia was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Helen Diaz Garza and Mona Puente, and her brother Julian Peña.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband Owen Washburn; children: Jeremy Hernandez and fiancé Amy Constantine, Jason Washburn and wife Amy, Joseph Washburn and wife Cynthia; sisters and brother: Margaret Carmona, Jesse Peña, Vivian Marquez, and twin sister Delia Peña; grandchildren: James Hernandez, Adam Hernandez , and Madison Washburn; and numerous other family members and friends.
