Lonza "Pistol Pete" Cobb

Lonza “Pistol Pete” Cobb, 89, of Richmond was blessed the morning of November 10, 2017 when God brought him into His heavenly kingdom. Pete was born on August 24, 1928 in Bryan to Monroe and Minnie (Stelzer) Cobb.

He married Hazel (Sellers) Enochs on May 23, 1969 in Alvin.

He was a great Daddy, husband, teacher, friend. He raised his daughter to put others first, regardless of the consequences.  “Do the right thing” was the example he set. 

He was a mechanic at heart.  He adored fixing things.  He was very dedicated to his job and being a provider for his family.  He was a kind man and would help anyone he could.  No task was to menial for him.  He did what he had to do to provide and did it with dignity.  He enjoyed riding his Harley, watching NASCAR, a good conversation and camping all over Arkansas.

Pete was preceded in death by: wife, Hazel Cobb, parents, Monroe and Minnie Cobb, brothers: Jabie Cobb, Luther Cobb, Edward “Lee” Cobb, and step children, Jack Enochs and Jean Mudd.

He is survived by his sister: Louise Cobb; daughter: Tina Macejewski; step children: Joe Enochs, Jerry Enochs and Jama Goode; grandchildren: Billy Joe Enochs, Jason Enochs, Hope Enochs, Beau Enochs, Leyah Enochs, Jessica Huete, Jeana Bell, Jared Enochs, Billy Goode, Courtney O, Daniel, Jennifer Goode, Bobby Mudd, Kyle Mudd, Jodie Salinas, Jack Enochs, Josh Enochs, Tabitha Richardson, Ross Ellison, and Kristen Rino.

Great grandchildren: Cooper, Chole, Aiden, Madison, Jillian, Justin, Emma, Gunnar, Lilly, Violet, Logan, Presley, Cole, Gracie, Audrey, Jason, Jordan, Kiley, Angela, Joshua, Jr., Mason, Roman, Katelyn, Kody, Michael, John, Kayla, Taylor, Addison, Kendall, Jack, Jr.

Great great grandchildren: Tristan, Alexis, Michael, Jr. Makenzie, Madalyn, Price, Addon, and Guinevere.
