Marilyn Butler (Crawford) Field, 64, of Alvin went to be with her Lord on March 14, 2018. Marilyn was born on December 11, 1953 in Galveston to Willmore and Ruth (Hayes) Crawford. She lived in Alvin for much of her life and enjoyed her most recent work as a home healthcare provider. Marilyn loved the outdoors and found great peace at the beach or camping. She enjoyed cooking and entertaining, and especially liked great barbecue and Cajun food.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Timothy Field of Somerset, TX, son Robert “Bobby” Butler and wife Jessica of Rowlett, TX, brother Charles Crawford and wife Sandra of Tyler, TX, and her precious grandson Aiden Butler of Rowlett, TX.
