Michael "Mike" Ray Apolinar

Michael Ray Apolinar, 65, went to be with our Lord on Monday, September 19, 2016 in Webster.  Mike, as he was known to all, was born on December 22, 1950 in Galveston, Texas to parents Paul and Floy Marie (Collier) Apolinar. He married his loving wife, Melissa, in La Marque in 1975 and has been happily married for 41 years.   Mike attended Heights Baptist Church and enjoyed his church family. He loved spending time outdoors enjoying nature, whether fishing or just sitting outside.  He could be heard quite often whistling to the birds or laughing at the squirrels as they teased his dog, Stoney.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, but he left precious memories for all to remember him by.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa; son, Christopher “Chris” Apolinar; numerous family members, many friends, and his fur-baby, Stoney.
