Pedro Rodriguez Tello

Pedro Rodriguez Tello, age 69, of Alvin, passed away on April 24, 2017 in Pearland. He was born on March 6, 1948 in Mathis, Texas to parents, Estanislado and Teodora Rodriguez Tello. He married the love of his life, Oralia Gutierrez Tello, on November 16, 1968 in Sinton, Texas. Pedro and his wife moved from Sinton to Alvin thirty years ago. He was of the Catholic Faith and a past member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Pedro loved to build different things, gardening, going fishing; and being the mechanic that he was, could fix anything.

Pedro was preceded in death by his parents, Estanislado and Teodora Rodriguez Tello; and his sister, Dominga Sulema.

He is survived by his wife, Oralia Gutierrez Tello; children: Elizabeth “Betty” Serrano and Michael Anthony Tello; brother, Albert Tello; sister, Chris Tello; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 15 loving nieces and nephews; their children and grandchildren; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Oak Park Chapel with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Park Chapel with Father John Taosan officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Park Cemetery.
