Alfredo Lara

Alfredo was born in Brownsville, Texas to Fructoso Lara and Tomasita Zepeda Lara. Lived in Houston, Texas his adult life. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle. A retired vocational teacher, and was a mechanic, musician and little league coach when he was younger.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three siblings and his wife of almost 42 years. He leaves behind three children. Only son Gabriel Lara, daughter Laura Arisela Garza, and youngest daughter Raquel Lara. Four grandchildren Gabriela Mari Lara, Isabel Diana Lara, Arisela Elena Garza and only grandson Alejandro Enrique Lara.  One great-grandchild Victor Luke Villegas. Son-n-law of 20 years Jason Garza and future daughter-n- law Estela Gomez. Also leaves their beloved Labrador Bonnie Lara that has been part of the family for almost 11 yrs now.

Alfredo has finally reunited with the love of his life Arcelia Guadalupe Lara in heaven after being apart for 6 years. May they both Rest in peace.
