Bobbie loved going fishing and animals, especially dogs.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Jackson Phillips.
Bobbie is survived by his mother, Virgie Lois Phillips; daughter, Jennifer Dawn Engen of Marble Falls, Texas; sister, Diana Hunter and husband Richard; and two grandchildren.
