Delores (Yarerough) Sanchez

Delores Y. Sanchez, age 58 of Alvin, passed away on May 25, 2018 in Webster. She was born on December 1, 1959 in Alvin to parents, Kenneth Ardene and Delores Barajas Yarerough. DeeDee was a lifetime resident of Alvin, and she worked many years as a cook at Busy Bee Café. DeeDee enjoyed cooking for her friends and family, reading a good book and drinking a great cup of coffee. She loved her beautiful rose bush. DeeDee was also a big movie buff and an avid animal lover (cats the most). Of her many enjoyments, time spent with her family was her favorite. She loved a good laugh.

DeeDee was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Ardene and Delores Barajas Yarerough.

She is survived by her daughters: Delores “Mindy” Sanchez and Virginia “Jeannie” Sanchez of Alvin; her sisters: Betty Nieto and Estella Hernandez; and granddaughter, Lilybeth Skinner.
