Frankie Nan (Blalock) Sambrano

Frankie Nan Sambrano, 72, of Rosharon passed away on February 4, 2018 in Webster. Frankie was born on August 30, 1945 in New Willard, Texas to Lewis Calvin Blalock, Sr. and Abbie Blumrich. She married Benito Sambrano in July of 1997 at Living Stones Church in Alvin. They lived in Manvel before they moved to Rosharon in 2005. Frankie was an animal lover and her dogs were precious to her. She had fun doing puzzles, got a thrill out of watching horror movies and she loved “jamming to her music”. Her Lord was priority to her and she found comfort in reading her Bible on a daily basis. Dear to her was her family and the time that she spent with them. The love that she gave and the time spent with them has left many memories behind.

Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Blalock and Abbie Blumrich; her daughters, Shirley Bryant and Frances Bryant; her sisters, Vena Blalock and Betty Jumonville; and brother, Lewis Calvin Blalock, Jr.

She is survived by her husband Benito Sambrano Jr. of Rosharon; children: Timothy Calvin Hodge and wife Lisa of Pasadena, Lillian Ruth Cruz and husband Trinity of Manvel, Larry Ray DeHart Viales and spouse Miguel of Houston, Barry Curtis DeHart and wife Imelda of Manvel, Ryan Curtis DeHart and wife Laura of Huffman, Benito Samson Shang Sambrano and wife Ana of Rosharon and Rockey Simon Sambrano of Rosharon; brothers and sisters: Lynn Chandlie of Woodlake , Barbara Gace of Livingston, Thomas Blalock of Arlington, Laconia Bacon of Corrigan, Stephanie Blalock of Corrigan, Margaret Pate of Corrigan, and Marilyn Goodson of Corrigan; 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
