James Veillon Obituary
James Donald Veillon, 81, of Alvin passed away on January 7, 2020 in Alvin. James was born on August 25, 1938 in Mamou, Louisianna to parents Dalbest Veillon and Odessa (Geautreaux) Veillon.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Dalbest and Odessa Veillon; his wife, Audrey Veillon; brother, Effrey Veillon; daughter in-law, Gina Veillon; and grandson, Corey Oliver; brothers in-law, Bob and J.C. Cochran.
He is survived by his three children: Paula Fontenot, James Donald Veillon II and wife Carolyn Veillon, and Clifford Veillon; sisters: Sandra Crow, Ramona Herford and Grace Bordelon; brother in-law, Eddie Cochran and wife Roween; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Oak Park Chapel. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Cecil Bowery officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Park Cemetery.
