Linda Sue (Johnson) Shiers

Linda Sue Shiers, age 58, of Santa Fe, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 25, 2018. She was born on January 10, 1960 in Clarksdale, Mississippi to parents, Venus and Pearlie (Mills) Johnson. She married Jimmy Shiers on June 26, 1991 and they moved to Texas from Vicksburg, Mississippi in 1992. She enjoyed spending time with and talking to her friends. Linda loved her Lord and knew the importance of spending time with Him in prayer.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Venus and Pearlie Johnson, brother Charlie Johnson and sister Brenda Johnson. She is survived by her husband Jimmy Johnson of Santa Fe; daughter Amanda Johnson of Santa Fe; nephew Larry Johnson and wife Paula Cavins; great nephews and nieces: Larry, Jr., Kierra, Cheryiah, Tyrea, Cameron, Treymir, Tyrell and Tia Johnson; great great nephews and nieces: Marlene and Layla Johnson, Jadien Alexander, and Randy Adams, Jr.; and numerous other family members and friends.
