Maria Ascension (Ramirez) Flores

Maria Flores, 60, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in Alvin. She was born on June 15, 1958 to parents Pedro Ramirez and Aurelia (Davila) Ramirez in San Pedro, Mexico.

She loved to be outdoors and gardening. She loved her chickens and had a large collection of chicken figurines in her kitchen. Dressing nice and wearing her high heel shoes was important to her. She always dreamed of going to Paris, France. She had her room decorated with pictures from the city with the Eiffel Tower being in the spotlight. Her family was most important to her. She loved her husband David very much and when he passed away in 2017 it was very hard for her.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband David Flores and her parents.

She is survived by her son Alejandro Flores and wife Monica; sister Valentina Ramirez and Antonio; and brother Victor Ramirez, all of Mexico; and numerous other family members and friends.
