Nena Ann (Young) Dyson

Nena Ann Dyson, 72, of Alvin went to be with her Lord on the eve of December 15, 2017. Nena was born on April 19, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama to Howard and Lorena (McNeil) Young. She married Sonny Dyson in 1970 in Houston.  They made Alvin their home in 1980.

Nena worked for the AISD Transportation for twenty-eight years.  She treasured the friends that she made during this time. Nena enjoyed visiting with friends, cooking and crafts. Her greatest treasure was family and the time that she spent with them, especially her grandkids.

Nena was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Lorena Young.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband Sonny Dyson of Alvin; children: Lori Dyson of Alvin, Troy Dyson and wife Tabitha of Liberty, Daphne Guidry and husband of Nederland; grandchildren: Tyler Dyson, Aaron Dyson, Trevor Guidry and Jordan Guidry; and numerous other family members and friends.
