Stevan Rodriguez

 Stevan Rodriguez, 77, of Santa Fe passed away on February 22, 2019 with his family by his side. Stevan was born on March 4, 1941in San Leon, Texas to parents, Jose and Ignacia Cruz Rodriguez.

Stevan married Maria E. Flores on November 7, 1970 at Templo El Calvario.

Stevan was a watch repairman by trade and worked for many years at Ed Nestra Jewelry. He was a man of his word and a hard worker. He was dedicated to his family and loved the time that was spent with them. He also liked to be outdoors and enjoyed going fishing. When he had to be indoors he could be found in his favorite chair with remote in hand watching old westerns. Traveling was one of his favorite things to do whether it was by land or on a cruise ship. He was a man who enjoyed life, having a good time and making memories.

Stevan was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Ignacia Cruz; brothers: Joe and Domingo Rodriguez; and sister: Antonia Perez.

Left to remember him are his wife, Maria Rodriguez of Santa Fe; sons: Stevan Rodriguez, and Antonio Rodriguez and wife Paula; sisters: Jerrie Case and husband Gerald, Clara Saldana, Dottie Torres, Tina Milstead and husband Buddy, Virginia Mata, Geraldine Trevino and husband Teofilo, Carolyn Garza, and Irene Villa and husband Jesus; Grandchildren: Chris Burnett, Jonah Smith, Lexi Rodriguez, Lani Rodriguez, and Kimberly Marie Rodriguez; great grandchild: Chris Burnett, Jr.; and numerous other family members and friends.
