Charles Gorby Obituary
Charles Edward Gorby passed away peacefully at his home in Alvin, Texas on July 30, 2021. Charles, commonly known to the community as Charley, was born on March 22, 1936, in Washington, D.C.
He is proceeded in death by his parent, Charles William and Edna Olene Gorby; and, his sister, Sally Gorby. Charley is survived by his wife, Kacina Spruell Gorby. His children: Wayne and his wife Terri, Ken and his wife Veronica, Roger Dale Spears and his wife Nicole, Nathan Spruell and his wife Bethany, Desiree and her husband Joe Beam; and, his 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation to be held at Froberg Funeral Home at Oak Park, 300 Oak Park Drive, Alvin, Texas, 77511 on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Funeral Services to begin Friday, August 6, 2021, at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow services at Oak Parks Cemetery in Alvin, Texas. Officiated by Pastor Zac Coffman.
