Daniel Davis Obituary

Daniel Lee Davis, age 73, passed away on June 18, 2022, in Alvin. Born on November 24, 1948. He was a husband of Iris Davis, and they shared 41 years of marriage. Danny was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the son of Paul & Maxine Davis. He worked as a claims adjuster, buyer for sporting goods companies, and fishing guide. Danny will be remembered for his quick-witted humor, sarcasm, taking old things and making them new, tinkering in the garage, endless knowledge of fishing & hunting, and being a good father and caregiver to his family. He is survived by wife, Iris Davis, Traci Davis Milstead & Jimmy Milstead, Edwin & Janet Plunkett, Randy Zanders & Rhonda Jamison, sisters Susan Fisher, Paula Barton, and Paulette Davis, grandchildren: 8, great grandchildren: 6, family dog Dusty, and many nieces nephews, family members and loved ones. He is preceded in death by Paul & Maxine Davis.
