Earl "Pete" Coleman

Earl “Pete” Coleman, 87, of Alvin passed away on June 29, 2019 in Webster. He was born on September 1, 1931 in Jonesville, Louisiana to parents, Richard and Laura (Taylor) Coleman.

Pete is preceded in death by his son, Mark Richard Coleman, Sr.; his parents, Richard and Laura Coleman; his siblings: Loney Elaine (Coleman) Owens, Maisie Marie (Coleman) Widener, Richard “Dick” Coleman, Mason Coleman, and Herbert Coleman; and his nephews: Kenneth Coleman, Terry Coleman, and Glen Coleman.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 63 years, Clarine Annabelle Coleman; his son, Michael Webster Coleman; 5 grandchildren: Mark Richard Coleman, Jr., Michael David Coleman, Eryn Marie Coleman, Shane Garrett Coleman, and Stacey Elaine Jones; and 5 great grandchildren: Michael Alexander Coleman, Nate David Coleman, Mikayla Elise Coleman, Isabella Noelle Coleman, and Madilynn Claire Jones.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Oak Park Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Oak Park Chapel with Bro. Cecil Bowery officiating. Interment will follow in procession to Confederate Cemetery.
