Maria Alvara Garcia

Maria A Garcia, 72, of Alvin Texas left to be with her Lord and Savior on April 17, 2021.  Maria was born February 19, 1949 to parents Juan Garcia and Maria Rocha in San Luis, Potosi, Mexico.  Maria loved to garden and cook for her family and friends. Her family says she was an amazing cook.  She enjoyed listening to music and taking walks. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all she knew.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband: Damacio Loera; parents: Juan Garcia and Maria Rocha; sister: Maria De La Luz Espinoza; brothers: Casimiro Garcia and Juan Garcia.

Left to cherish Maria’s memories are her sons: Jesus Loera and Sigifredo Loera; daughters: Juanita Loera, Martha Loera, Yadira Loera and Carmen Loera; sisters: Matilde Garcia, Poola Garcia, and Juana Garcia; brother: Jesus Garcia; grandchildren: Claudia Gonzalez, Adalberto Gonzalez, Fatima Gonzalez, Zaira Gonzalez, Leonardo Gonzalez, Jesus Chaves, Jesus Loera Jr, Jazmin Loera, Jorge Loera, Jose Loera, Jocelyn Loera, Joel Loera, Michelle Loera, William Barcenes, Jesus Garza, Edith and Hector Salinas, Michelle Reyes, Sigifredo Loera, Ayleen Loera, Saul Loera and Emily Lopez; great grandchildren: Evangeline Salinas, Aaliyah Ortiz, Adalyn Gonzalez, Damain, Teresita, Jesse, Ramiro Reyes Jr and Angel Barcenas.
