Marjorie Cooper Obituary
Marjorie Ellen (Kelly) Cooper, age 85, of Seabrook passed away on August 12, 2020. She was born on February 11, 1935 in Williamstown, Massachusetts to parents, Brownell Kelly and Agnes (Rondeau) Kelly.
Marge was ornery and opinionated and loved to banter. She possessed a fierce independence. Her feats included roofing her own house, rebuilding the engine of her ’69 442, becoming an RN at the age of 45, and competing in triathlons well into her 70’s. She loved sewing and all things water related. Her passions and ferocity have become her legacy carried on by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, Brownell and Agnes Kelly; and sisters, Kathleen Kelly and Agnes Douglas.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Kathy Cooper, and Kelly Cooper (Robert Huepers); grandchildren: Andy Wright, Elise Gray (Matt), Bill Wright, Joe Wright and Cooper Riggle; and great grandchildren: Lina Gray, Lilly Gray and Achilles Wright-Schulz.
