Olga Ramirez, age 62, of Alvin passed away on November 19, 2020. She was born on November 18, 1958 in Mexico to parents Jose Antonio Flores and Victoria Herrera Flores. She was a lifetime resident of Alvin, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother which was a legacy that she left behind. One of her most favorite things to do was cook tortillas for the whole family. She enjoyed dancing and spending quality time with her loved ones. She loved her God and spent countless hours in prayer for her family and other loved ones. She knew how to battle – in the spirit. We will never know the complete impact of those prayers and will be forever blessed to have had her battle for each of us.
Olga Ramirez is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Antonio Flores and Victoria Herrera Flores; brothers, Miguel Flores and Jesus Flores.
Those left to cherish her memory are her spouse, Dolores Ramirez; children: Aurelio Rodriguez Jr., Olga Lydia Rodriguez, Gracie Rodriguez, Christy Soto, Jessica Rodriguez, Matthew Ramirez and Johnathan Ramirez; sisters: Maria Elena Montoya, Victoria Flores, Josie Farrell, Yolanda Ramos and Elva Flores; brothers, Martin Flores and Jose Antonio Flores; twenty seven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 2:00- 5:00 p.m. at Oak Park Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 23, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Park Chapel. Interment will follow at Oak Park Cemetery.
