Willard Ray Barrett, 74, of Alvin passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023, surrounded by his wife and family at his home.
Willard is survived by his wife Carmel (Lockwood) Barrett; children Tina and Steven, stepchildren Aimee and Matthew, Mother Iona, sister Ann, brothers Charles and Dwight, and his four adored grandchildren, Megan, Evan, Joshua and Katie, nieces and nephews.
